Returns & Refunds


At K9 Kulture, we strive to make your shopping experience as seamless and hassle-free as possible. To that end, we offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A proof of purchase is also required.

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your item(s). Please note that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted. For more information regarding returns, email us at admin@k9-kulture.com. 

Please also note that K9 Kulture does not cover postage costs for returning items. 
Customers are responsible for any shipping feeds associated with returns. 


Damages and Issues

Please ensure to inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and address the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, i.e., custom products ( such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gasses. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

To quickly get the item you want, return the one you have, and once the return is approved, at the same time place a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll automatically be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
