When will my order be shipped?
Once you have placed an order, please allow 1-2 business days for you item(s) to be dispatched. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your items tracking information which can be monitored via email or our Track Order page.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Once your item(s) have been dispatched, it will generally take 3-5 business days to arrive. Please note that orders shipped to rural areas may experience delays due to location and transportation factors.
You can easily check your order's delivery status by visiting our Track Order page and entering your tracking number.
How do you ship?
We’ve partnered up with leading courier services including DHL, UPS and Aus Post to get your products to you quickly and safely.
What is your Return / Exchange policy?
We are more than happy to accept exchanges on any item(s) purchased from our store, provided that all items are returned in retail condition and no visible damage. Exchange of items must be completed within 30 days of delivery by the customer.

What size should I choose for my pet?
To ensure the perfect fit for your pet, we suggest using a soft measuring tape for
accurate, snug measurements and referring to our sizing guide to select the right size that suits you. For additional guidance on measuring your pet correctly be sure to watch our step-by-step sizing video here.
Having a change of mind?
Its ok to have a change of mind about your purchase. Simply email our team at admin@k9-kulture.com with your order number, email and reason to cancel or initiate a return. If your order is yet to be dispatched, we will refund your purchase immediately. For orders that have already been sent, we will need to wait for the returned items.

What if my delivery goes missing?
K9 Kulture is not responsible for any missing packages, provided we have proof of delivery to the correct customer address. If you feel that your item(s) have been delivered to the incorrect address, please notify us immediately and one of our members will be happy to assist.
Can a discount be applied to my order after it has been completed?
Unfortunately, we are not able to apply discounts on any orders that are were made before the start of a promotion
Can I buy now and pay later?
Absolutely! Use our Afterpay options at our store check out and get your items now and pay later.
I haven’t received a reply to my question?
