What’s the best way to clean my bottle after using it?
Need to give your bottle a bit of of a clean? Just wash and rinse with warm, soapy water when you feel your bottle needs a wash. Any stubborn smells? A quick 10 minute soak with baking soda and water will do the trick!
How should I clean the lid to ensure it stays leakproof?
Cleaning your ThermoActive lid is a breeze! Just take it apart, wash with soapy water, and let it dry completely before putting it back together.
How long does the ThermoActive bottle keep water cool for?
Our bottles are built with double-insulated stainless steel, keeping water chilled for up to 24 hours. This means you and your pet can stay cool and hydrated for longer, whether you're hiking, walking, or just enjoying the outdoors.
How much can I fit in the bottle?
Each of our bottles holds up to 1L of water and feature detachable compartments that can be used for all sorts of things – like a drinking bowl for your pet, storing their food, or holding other essentials. Making it a perfect piece of equipment when your out.
Can I store my bottle in the fridge or freezer?
Absolutely! You can store it in the fridge to keep your drink cool, but please avoid placing it in the freezer. The vacuum insulation works best at room temperature to maintain the perfect temperature.
